Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
RETURN PROCESS
1.Email to customer service: support@chicoud.com
2.including:
*order number, the question you want to solve together with a picture of the product if necessary.
*a photo of the barcode on the plastic bag.
3.Get authorization from Customer Service.
4.Get coupon or refund.
*Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
5.Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
PLS PAY ATTENTION:
1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (support@chicoud.com).
2. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
3. Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
4. Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example, an page or collection named with "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)
Return & Exchange conditions
1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order.
2.Easy to initiate a refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery.
Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service.
3.Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
4.As to bikinis, we only accept returning the whole set of bikinis, both top and bottom, not one part.
5.Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items).
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
